Meet Our Doctors

Continuing Education

Both of our doctors have traveled across the country to take continuing education classes from the best programs, including the Nash Institute and The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and Dawson Academy.

They are educated in sleep dentistry and have both completed AADSM (American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine) Mastery program.

Our doctors are constantly looking for new methods and techniques to bring back to our practice to benefit our patients.



Meet Dr. Smallberg

Dr. Jordana Smallberg grew up on Long Island and received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Hofstra University and her DDS degree from SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, She completed a General Practice Residency in Dentistry at SUNY Stony Brook University Hospital.  Dr. Smallberg continually keeps up to date on the latest dental techniques by attending continuing education seminars on esthetic dentistry, implant restorations, and many other subjects related to all phases of general dentistry. She was awarded with a certificate of achievement from the Nassau County Dental Association for completing over 500 hours of continuing education. Her experience includes performing cosmetic restorations, restoring implants, root canals, minor surgical procedures, and treating patients with occlusal (bite) discrepancies. She is a member in good standing of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, Nassau County Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.  Dr. Smallberg is also a scholar in the prestigious Dawson Academy, studying complete care dentistry, with a focus on occlusion and TMJ disorders.  She frequently attends the New York branch of the Dawson Study Club, focusing on complex dental cases.  She is a certified Invisalign® provider and Kör® whitening provider.

Meet Dr. Stacy Satornino

Dr. Stacy Satornino, another Long Island native, received a bachelor's degree from SUNY Albany, followed by a DDS from SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. She completed her advanced post graduate training at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center at Northport and has been a successful associate with a general dentistry practice in Suffolk County. Dr. Satornino has a wide range of experience in different areas of dentistry, ranging from cosmetic and restorative dentistry to surgical treatments and root canal treatments. She is experienced in treating patients with occlusal (bite) problems. She is proud to provide her patients with the best in dental technology, treatment options and patient comfort. She is a member in good standing of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, and the Nassau County Dental Association. Dr. Satornino is a scholar of the prestigious Dawson Academy, studying complete dental care, with a focus on occlusion and TMJ disorders. Meet Our Team

Hygiene Department

Both of our hygienists are fluent Spanish speakers and are skilled at one-on-one oral hygiene instruction, which is frequently overlooked, but very much necessary for proper care at home. They always include a periodontal (gum) screening as part of your visit with them, which has been linked to overall health.

Jessica Moran Hygienist

Jessica Moran graduated from Hostos Community College in The Bronx, NY, in 2016, obtaining her Dental Hygiene Associate degree. She started her Dental Hygiene career in Queens, NY, working for several dental practices, before moving to Westbury with her family. Jessica is fluent in English and Spanish, which makes her accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. She excels at easing patient’s fears, boosting their confidence and educating them to ensure a lifetime of optimum oral health. What she loves the most about her job is caring for her patients and providing them with the best care possible. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family. 


Karina Pham Hygienist

Karina has been a registered dental hygienist since 2009. She earned her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from Farmingdale State College. She feels very blessed to be a part of such a wonderful office that works together as a team to make every patient have the best experience possible. Her goal is to empower her patients to know and love their teeth. On her down time she enjoys spending time with family, cat, friends, and gardening.


Maria Flores Dental Assistant

Maria is a certified dental assistant, who is experienced in patient care. She is up to date on her CPR and medical emergencies, and infection control training. Maria is fluent in Spanish and can easily translate for any Spanish speaking patients. Her calm manner and friendly disposition put all of our patients at ease. She is experienced in dealing with all types of patients, including dental phobics, children, and elderly patients with advanced medical needs. She works alongside the doctors to make you as comfortable as possible during your appointment.


Nicole Curto Receptionist

Nicole is our front desk receptionist. She has a decade of customer service experience and has a passion for helping others. She will be your main point of contact for the office from your phone call scheduling your appointment to greeting you when you walk in the door. She’ll work with you to maximize your benefits and will help you stay on track for those hygiene appointments. Nicole’s goal at Dr. Smallberg and Satornino’s office is to help keep you and your family smiling!
